200 hr registered yoga teacher, yoga alliance member with deep ties to the DMV, where I've been teaching for 4+ years. Com·mu·ni·ty, that's why I do what I do and we need community now more than ever. Everyone comes to their mat for a different reason, but we all come to our mats - which makes us a part of something larger. It means that we share a common drive. Whether you are looking to strengthen your body, work on your flexibility or quiet your mind, I'm here to validate your needs and guide you with love and gratitude in my heart.
